Mali graduated from dental school in 2007. Soon afterwards she completed three years of post-graduate training at Barts and the London Dental Hospital to become a specialist in Paediatric Dentistry and completed her PhD at Queen Mary University of London in 2017. She has presented her research findings in different national and international conferences. She has achieved Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgeons at the Royal College of Surgeons of England and Membership in Paediatric Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
As well as treating children and adolescents at Moor Park Specialist Dental Centre, Mali also works as a clinical lecturer in Paediatric Dentistry at King’s College London and as a Specialist in Paediatric Dentistry at King’s community dental services.
Based on Mali’s experience, the main reason that patients are reluctant to see a dentist is bad dental experiences during childhood and so many patients end up seeing a dentist at a very late stage and usually with severe dental pain. Mali believes that a Paediatric dentist has a key role to create a comfortable and stress-free environment for children and adolescence patients in order to deliver the highest standard of dental care to young patients and maintain their oral health with the best experience. Also, seeing an expert and dedicated person to young age group patients, is a long-term investment for both patients and their family.
Mali is proud to be dedicated to children and adolescence dentistry and has received excellent feedback from her patients and their parents. Outside of work, she is a keen traveller, enjoys music and playing tennis.
